Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the washing and drying process take?
Less than 1 hour. An average of 30 minutes for washing and 20 minutes for drying.
Are detergent and fabric softener included, or do I need to bring them?
Forget about bringing laundry from home: just bring your clothes and we'll take care of the rest. Our washing machines automatically include detergent, fabric softener, and a sanitizing system. We use ozone technology, which eliminates the vast majority of bacteria and provides a deeper, more effective, and gentler clean for your fabrics.
What do I do if the machine doesn't seem to dispense detergent?
The machines always dispense detergent. If you see little suds, it's due to the type of fabric or the temperature, not because the machine isn't dispensing detergent. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us.
Can I put my detergent or fabric softener in the washing machines?
We do not recommend it, but it is possible, by adding it directly to the clothes or by lifting the lid on top of the washing machine and pouring it into the appropriate drawer.
How do I choose the right washing machine based on the amount of laundry?
Our washing machines are designed to handle any type of laundry, even the bulkiest loads. We offer different capacities: 8 kg models, ideal for everyday loads; larger machines, perfect for duvets; and high-capacity options for large volumes of laundry.
Furthermore, all washing machines clearly indicate their maximum capacity through visible signage, so you can easily choose the most suitable option and always get the best results.
What do I do if the clothes come out of the washing machine soaking wet?
This usually happens when you put too many clothes in the machine. If that happens, the best thing to do is run an extra-fast spin cycle to remove the excess water. In any case, give us a call and we'll be happy to help.
What is the best way to dry clothes?
For best results, we recommend not overloading the dryer and adjusting the time according to the type of garment. Separating fabrics and using appropriate cycles helps achieve faster and more even drying.
What is the minimum recommended drying time?
We recommend a minimum of 20 minutes for most fabrics. Important: It's much better to run the machine for the full 20 minutes at a time rather than in 10-minute increments, as this significantly reduces its effectiveness. For duvets and thicker fabrics, 30 minutes is usually sufficient.
What can't be washed or dried in the machines?
Everything can be washed, except for shoes and carpets.
What are the laundromat opening hours?
We are open every day, including holidays, from 7:00 to 23:00. The last wash can be done at 22:30.
What do I do if my coins are stuck in the machine?
Call us so we can activate the machine remotely. We do not recommend attempting to remove them under any circumstances, as this could damage the machine.
Do you issue invoices?
If you're a business and use our laundry regularly, we can provide you with an invoice. Call us for more information. If you simply want a receipt, you can request one by paying by card and providing your email address after payment; the transaction receipt will be sent to you automatically.
Do you offer a clothing collection and delivery service?
It depends on the location and the volume of clothing. If this is a service you're interested in, please call us for more information.
